In Ukraine, Russia's campaign of targeting critical infrastructure continues. Nowhere more so than the southern city of Kherson, which has been under near-constant shelling since it was liberated from Russian occupiers three weeks ago. This weekend, again, there were dozens of strikes. Kyiv and its allies say Moscow is waging a deliberate campaign to harm civilians -- which would constitute a war crime. FRANCE 24's Oliver Farry explains.
