I love how they portray Anko, shes barely in the show but her actions and innuendo tell you so much about her character,

Shes clearly unhinged and we are lead to assume its related to her hatred of vampires

the vampires in the show mention that humans being able to kill a vampire is not something that's ever happened and aren't sure if its possible, meaning she has secretly been studying how to go about it and doing it all without the Vampire community(such as we know it so far) being aware of it

she allows herself to be bitten(which although shes poisoned her blood or whatever, i would think is still painful) which shows, she is willing to do anything to kill them

her confidence when she tells kou that she will kill all vampires that try to hurt him doesn't seem like a bluff...which means she's probably done it before

the fact that she hasn't force-ably tried to stop kou from choosing to be a vampire intrigues me though, i feel like there is more to it than hes still a human, perhaps she had a son that got turned? or maybe a crush when she was kous age? i hope they show her off more next season, shes super interesting
