When gatsby died and no one came to his funeral that wasn’t the saddest thing in this story no, the saddest part of this story is that he died thinking daisy was the one ringing on the end of the line, and even if the whole of New York came to his funeral even if Tom buchanan himself came just to even bad mouth him it wouldn’t have mattered to gatsby so long as daisy was there to say one last goodbye and that she loved , but she didn’t no one did..

When I hear this song with closed eyes two things get in front of my eyes - one is Dicaprio in this Gatsby and another is Lana in this song and a weird thought is - Don't know who is more sad in Love. If they meet each other and fall in Love, it will be like they are walking in beach with no one, extremely silence between them but their holding hands say a Great Love story.

The way that daisy left in the end even that she didn't know that Gatsby died was the saddest part of the movie, he loved her for 5 years even that he had everything he still loved her and she didnt said goodbye to him 😕😕
