I'm 69 years old and have been using Dr Ellie's system for 1 year. I haven't had to have any fillings or cleanings for the last 12 months. For the previous 3 years, I was going to dentists regularly because of Medicare Advantage dental coverage. Before this time, I had very few cavities. However, over those 3 years, I had 4 different dentists tell me I had cavities and I needed deep cleanings. Since I started Dr. Ellie's system 1 year ago, I haven't had to visit a dentist, I've had no cavities, no cleanings, no flossing, and I no longer have tooth sensitivity. I wish I would have heard of Dr. Ellie's system 20 years ago.
Thanks, Dr Ellie!

Dr. Ellie, I used to have a recurring gum infection for years with swelling, pain and pus. I tried antibiotics, colloidal silver, ginger, clove oil, the list goes on. Nothing was effective. When I changed my diet and stopped consuming all carbs and all sugars, my infection dried up and disappeared, and my gums are healthy and pink.

Dr. Ellie, I went for a dental cleaning a couple of weeks ago after a whole year of avoiding visiting my dentist. After 6 months of daily and methodical use of your Complete Mouth Care System, my hygienist was very surprised to see how clean my teeth were and how much healthier my gums looked for the first time since I have been visiting the same dental office, perhaps a decade already.
This time I wasn't in pain while she was working on my mouth. I guess some remineralization have been happening.
At the end of the appointment, my hygienist asked me all the details of your protocol. She said: "starting tomorrow everyone in my house will be doing the same you are doing " 😊

Hi, Dr. Ellie! I've started using your system about 2 weeks ago. It's incredible! No more plaque! My gums look so much better, no bleeding, no gum inflammation! Let's hope they'll slowly grow back! THANK YOU!

I had some horrible gum flare ups last year and the year prior to that. I have a phobia about the dentist so going was a big deal for me. I clean my teeth regularly etc and over the years never needed fillings. But the gum thing made me look into dental hygiene. I bought a water flosser and tried normal flossing but my gum problems persisted. I could feel that all it was doing - corsodyl and salt water gargle for flare ups plus flossing and electric toothbrush - was keeping flare ups under control, not healing. I found Dr Ellie’s content and decided to give it a go at the start of 2024. I can tell you it has worked. My gums are no longer tender and my teeth feel “normal” again. With the onset of gum issues, my teeth just didn’t fit like they did before and I had to think about chewing. That’s all gone after 7 months. My teeth feel normal, fit normal and I can chew without thinking about it. I know my gums are better. When I brush there’s zero sensitivity and zero bleeding. They look nice and healthy too. No swelling. I will see my dentist again in the autumn and hope to confirm this. All I can say is it worked for me. I chew xylitol gum (or suck xylitol mints) regularly during the day and follow her regime. It’s easy.

I admire Dr Ellie and her passion for dentistry and education. She is clearly sincere and believes wholeheartedly in her system. I've learned a lot from Dr Ellie's books, website, and these videos -- but my quibble remains, some people MUST floss. If food sticks between your teeth, either because your teeth are crowded or because they're damaged by fillings or crowns, you have to remove that food. Brushing alone will not do it. Nor will a series of mouth rinses.

Another of Dr Ellie's videos suggests flossing while you still have toothpaste in your mouth, right before you rinse with the Listerine. This is the technique I use.

I started this program one month ago. First, what a lovely company Dr. Ellie has! There was a little issue with my first order and they fixed it immediately. Second, I was told in my last check up that my carnivore teeth (?) were both cracking. The left one was getting sensitive when chewing, so i was careful to chew on the right. Not even 2 weeks in the sensitivity went away. My teeth are looking so much better. I can see them beginning to brighten. I can tell plaque is diminishing. And, just like she said, I wake up with a happy mouth! So glad she is out there helping us all!

It's been a year since I've started Dr. Phillips' system. The teeth still feel as clean as they would feel the day after I would have a dental cleaning. Dental sensitivity is gone. Bad breath and the bleeding gums are all gone. I just pop the xylitol mints after I eat or drink anything. I am just really grateful to Dr. Phillips for the information presented. And I'm a little sad and mad at the dentists I've been seeing for 50 years here in the States who just kept making money off of my misery.

I don't floss for plaque. I do it if I have any food stuck anywhere.
I started chewing mint gum w/xylitol years ago b/c I had constant indigestion. Later I looked up side effects of xylitol b/c I was having different stomach problems. It didn't appear to be the problem, but that's when I discovered it was actually good for your dental health. I knew my teeth were stronger and very clean, b/c even when it had been a few years since I'd been in for a cleaning, they never asked how long I had gone between cleanings like they did in my younger days. No more chastisings!🤣
I used to get plaque build-up especially on the backs of my bottom fronts-- they are very close together-- but no more! They are always beautifully clean!👍✌♥️

I wish you and Barbara O'Neill would get together on mouth care and water. An interview on your teachings which differ would be most welcome. I think both of you and the subscribers of both would benefit if you two got together and discussed those issues.

Dr. Ellie, the story about your mother is the most powerful and compelling thing you could ever say about your mouthwash system. A wonderful story demonstrating victory over conventional thinking to the benefit of the people that are closest to us.

As usual, I love Dr Ellie's videos and advice. After following her instructions to the letter (because otherwise it's a waste of time & I hate wasting time), I had my first cleaning on Thursday fully expecting a glowing report. Sadly, I had a ton of plaque between my six bottom teeth, as usual, with my hygienist commenting that she didn't think I was flossing daily. She cleaned a ton of plaque and/or tartar off my teeth and noted additional gum recession. (BTW, those Dr Plotka's toothbrushes are very hard, in my humble opinion!) On the upside, I had no cavities and zero sensitivity, you usually have to pry me off the ceiling! So I will continue the protocol but will add in her advice in the hopes that in February for my next visit I have something better to report.
I realize not everything works for every single person, but I believe this has helped my teeth, just not 100% like I had hoped.
Keep up the good work and the good fight, Dr Ellie!
