Just something to note with Deferred Disposition- it’s not a free option. Usually it’s more money than the ticket - however it stays off your record and more importantly - away from the wandering eyes of insurance companies. Usually a probation period of 90 days so long as you don’t get another ticket.

It should be noted that that class you mentioned also costs money, and oftentimes more than the fine itself.

It’s still good advice to avoid insurance premiums. It also works for non-speeding violations.

He’s right about this, it does work. I’ve gotten out of paying for two speeding tickets in my life. Both years apart. Keep your record squeaky clean, it does play to your advantage.

I just get a traffic lawyer whenever i have a ticket. About half the time they can clear it up entirely and you just pay whatever their fee is, the other half you have to pay the fee and the lawyer, but they usually manage to keep it off your record, and thats cheaper in the long run.
