1991 Dodge Stealth R/T Twin Turbo AWD

I thought you'd like a look at this very clean 1991 Dodge Stealth RT. It's powered by the twin-turbocharged and intercooled DOHC 3.0 V6, that's putting out around 306 HP. All the power is funneled through a five-speed manual trans to an amazing all wheel drive system. These cars were blazing fast for their time and are still competitive with modern cars. This one really looks mean in that black and the interior is in like new condition as well. I hope you find it interesting....thanks for watching!

With a jumping bass and off-beat syncopation, this is straight from Memphis' Beale Street. The Hammond organ and electric guitar play together as longtime friends, while the melody changes hands from guitar to organ to electric piano. 011

They are pretty sweet cars. I'd like to see about another 100 hp out of it, then it would be a blast.

That is true, they are very similar. This really is a nice example.

That's true...I'm just glad it didn't replace the Mustang like they were talking about.

I remember that pace car...it was painted bright yellow. I didn't remember them replacing it with the Viper though. Thanks for the info.

I haven't seen one of those in quite a while. I guess everybody is hanging on to them. I'll definitely film the next one I see.

It really is a lot of technology for the money. I agree, the engine bay looks super tight..not sure how you get to the plugs.

Yeah, it's not very economical by today's standards, but there still is a lot of technology in that car for the money. I'm sure it's a fun car to drive.

I always thought these were cool too. It is rare to find one in nice original condition these days.

I had a 92 Stealth twin turbo back in 1993 and people in my town thought it was a Lamborghini, LOL. Best part of this high performamnce car was that you could drive it year round in the wintery midwest if you put snow tires on it. It was too heavy to be a true sports car at 3700 lbs, it was more of a GT. And of course it wasnt really a Dodge but a Mitsubishi, based on the 3000GT VR4.

I do like them in red. I believe the 3000 GT's were just a bit quicker too...not sure why though.
