I like to think DSG is just more dangerous especially when you have a retaliating passenger just cause DSG can be easily triggered by any means of outside the drivers control manual is safer and besides I don’t if DSG has this ability but Manual has slow speed push-start which always “Comes in Clutch”

Bought a DSG in December, instant regret by March, thought the fact that it was a brand new car (3k miles) would satisfy compared to previous DSG i had (65k miles) but they all feel the same to me, fragile and disengaging

In print, it shows the DSG makes more power than the manual? Haven't seen any stock dyno runs to verify this or not.

I've heard a LOT of bad news about VW Automatic transmissions, long story short theyre good for 100, 000k then 15G later you got another 100, 000k

Manual is the best, bought a DSG and it's my last one in my entire life, complicated costly box
