Force Vs Speed

Many athletes don't understand the difference between force, power, and speed, and how to apply these concepts to their performance. With the help of former world record holder in the triple jump Willie Banks and olympian Chris Bernard, you'll learn a cool drill that lets athletes feel the difference between speed and power and how to develop force when sprinting.
This applies to sprinters, jumpers and even multi directional athletes.

Yeah I've always thought of it as leaning forward and imagining your nearly falling forward so that you need to move your legs in front of you to "catch" yourself per se. And then you are using your feet to push the track back which will also naturally make you lean forward.

Banded runs seem like a very better option to this. Put the resistance band around their waist hand have someone holding the band behind them creating resistance

So, lean forward to accelerate, and when one reaches top speed, become upright to maintain velocity.

Is it right??

You seem to be a good coach. My coach doesn’t do this with us…

After acceleration you shouldn't lean forward.
