So can we say that at the end kinetik energy is the same or equal to the work, i mean if we calculate Kinetic Energy then we will be calculating the Net wokn done?

When we move an object, the object gains kinetic energy...is this kinetic energy coming from the potential energy of the object? Or is this kinetic energy coming from the energy by which I move it?

i find this confusing as to what comes first. Force or energy.
you need the force of will to transform the energy in your arm from potential to kinetic which then is transformed into Force again....
