As a piano technician, the only thing I can think of with this kind of instrument is how much of a pain in the ass it will be for the owner's wallet to get it up to pitch and in tune- if it has any pinblock torque left at all.

When they started I was like "Oh this sounds like the piano my family used to have, I know what this will sound like!"
I did not know what it would sound like. Not in the slightest.
(My family, when I was growing up, used to have a piano that was old when we got it - when I was four - and was not helped by where it was kept. It lived beside the single-glazed windows which let the cold in, under which was a radiator. By the time it was replaced, the most off-key notes were a whole tone off, the high A key had to be smacked to produce any sound and at least one other key was temperamental about when it would or wouldn't sound.)

during the last 3 and a half octaves it sounder like thirds or chords even when he played single notes. thats how you know a piano is out of tune.

It feels like echoing horror music when hearing an out of tune piano. Goodness! Though that piano looks nice even with the keys being aligned properly with no wood peelings on it or bumps of keys being more inward than the others.
