The first piano tuner we had in 1974 was an elderly gentleman in his 80's. He would regale us with ragtime and Tin Pan Alley tunes when the piano was ready and the whole family would gather 'round to listen. I know that feeling of enjoying the good music afterwards!
Thank you for another lovely video putting a piano to rights! 💗

Your job is inspiring to me, just to think about all the people you've made so happy gives me chills. Keep doing what you're doing bro!

I love that it’s not just the owner who satisfies with your work & play but the dog also looks so happy with the scratches 😄

It seems the dog was just as happy as the customer.😊

You did amazingly well to be able to tune it and that nothing broke in the process, great job!

Thankyou for showing us your many piano fix ups.
I enjoy watching your video clips. Have been playing piano since I was 5 years old. I am now 64. Still playing.

I remember a blind man coming into school to tune the piano once a year

Your videos make me think that I can get some improvements on the action of my upright piano. It has a very big, full tone, and is worth all the tuning and work I have got done, but some keys need adjustment or oiling.

Thank you for sharing these videos!

That's a pretty impressive sound for one of those tiny spinet pianos.

We used to have a piano tuner come once a year and I always looked forward to him playing it afterwards. He would always play “A Whole New World” from Aladdin and it was lovely <3

the thing with hammering it in also works with a violin! i do it to my violin a lot with my D and E strings. the wooden nobs come a little loose every once in a while so while i turn them i also apply a little pressure and they stay tuned for longer that way! :)

I absolutely love the sound of pianos that haven’t been tuned in a long time, it gives that abandoned vibe to it

I lost my piano in the '94 Northridge quake. I had use of one shortly after my husband's uncle passed away in 2011, before Uncle's piano got moved to USC (He left it to the music dept in his will, and we had to coordinate the physical transfer of property). My son got to hear his mommy play what little I could remember, and I taught him some basic music theory. I love seeing your tuning videos, because it helps me remember happy things from my own childhood.
