correction: Judeo-Provençal was not known natively as "Shuadit", that term was invented by a Pole in 1947. Its speakers would have called it lenga d'oc, occitan, or provençau, like speakers of garden variety Provençal.

A similar situation is the case with Judeo-Spanish, where the language is called muestra español/djudeoespañol/most often just español by speakers while "ladino" means Latin. The only reason it's popularly called Ladino is because Israelis call it Ladino.

There are many Jewish languages and and most of them are either extinct or at a danger of extinction. All of them (with the exception of Abyssinian, Dravidian and Marathi language families) are written in the Hebrew script.

There were actually two 'French' Jewish languages. The other one was Zarphatic, or "Judeo-French" which got extinct at the 14th century.

Another similar case is "Karamanli Turkish" their origin seems to be unknown. Some believe the Karamanlides were Turkified Byzantine Greeks and other believe that they came to the region during the Turkish migrations to Anatolia. During the 2nd Beylik Era in Anatolia the Karamanoğlu Beylik adopted their language that was a version of Turkish that was written with the Greek Alphabet instead of adopting the Arabic Alphabet like other beyliks at the time. During the first half of the 2nd Beylik Era the Karamanoğlu Beylik was the most dominant and even converted many othe beyliks to write in Greek. Until the Osmanoğlu Beylik would start annexing other beyliks and expanding into the Balkans. During Ottoman rule the Karamanlides people weren't treated too badly as many Ottoman elites could understand their language and out of the belief that they were just Turks that happened to adopt the Greek alphabet. Post-ottoman rule most of them were expelled due to being confused to Greeks becuase of their religion and alphabet. Their version of Turkish would eventually be banned alongside Ottoman Turkish as a part of the "Alphabet Reform" that aimed to make a full switch to the Latin alphabet. Today most Karamanli Turkish speakers live as diaspora within Greece and very small communities in what was once their homeland.

This happened everywhere. It's no surprise.
There's judeo-spanish, there's judeo-portuguese, judeo-italian, judeo-french, judeo-german (the longer lasting Yiddish), Judeo-ducth. Heck even judeo-aragonese.

It was not uncommon for Jewish communities to write the regions' they were in languages in the herbrew alphabet and eventually evolve a different language out of it because they lived in semi-isolated communities

Small mistake on the map; Provençal is a dialect of Occitan, not it's own thing.

Why did you remove the regional language in italy? You are literally taling about what france his doing with occitan and you do the same in italy?
