Best Export Settings for Instagram Reels // Davinci Resolve 18

The question I get asked the most on Instagram: "What are your export settings for reels?", so here they are for Davinci Resolve 18! They work universally for Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut X, though, as the software doesn't matter as much in this case.

Hey thanks for the great video. If I filmed a 4k video on my Iphone do I still export it in 1080x1920 or do I export it in 2160x3840? I have heard different opinions on this and am very unsure.

how long does it take to render the video ? i've edited a 14 sec video and the render time keeps getting bigger
