Aww, man, the ending is what really hit home. I'm a grown man shedding tears for someone I have never met but thought of as a friend or brother. Rabbit had THE best stories and greatest one-liners. Thank you to Ed for this video!!! We will all miss Rob for sure. Gone But Never Forgotten. Rest in peace, Rabbit!!! 😢

Saw Ed on I-85 this morning. Was great being able to show my son (was driving him to school) a Bright red Bugatti and say 'I know who's driving that!'. My Honda could only keep up for so long, lol.

Wish I could be there today. I REALLY wish I could have been there. But family duties come first with transport and taking care of the misses (also cancer, again F cancer).

Rob and my dad were good friends growing up both in the car business. Rob sold cars for my dad on eBay for we had a retail lot & after he got banned he helped us get started in Florence SC.

Unfortunately My mother was as Rabbit would say "a UCLA girl" from Upper Conway, Lower Annor SC, and we didn't get to see rabbit a ton growing up. He saw my younger brother who had been weightlifting professionally for the first time since he was 8 years old. 230lbs 6'1 benching 550 and deadlifting 700+ at 22 and said "Looks like we're hooking you up to the plow"


He helped my mom get my dad his 50th birthday present: a 1965 327 Corvette AND gave him a 67 427 stinger hood for the occasion afterwards.

The service today for him was great, I wish my father could have came to see him off too.

One thing I can say for certain having listened to all of Rabbit's stories, the man packed A LOT of Life in his 45 years. May his soul rest in eternal peace and his memory made immemorial.

I wanted to write him a Wikipedia article (He'd qualify for inclusion) but I have no idea about his life, early years- place of birth, schools etc.

The only thing I could write with any accuracy would be "Rob Pitts notable automotive YouTuber, raconteur and host of Netflix series... He was widely appreciated for his abilities to entertain simply by sitting on an old tire and spinning out fascinating stories, and his charismatic personality."
