CarX hacking drama...

CarX is getting filled with hackers and the developers seem to be ignoring the issue for years. Content creators are now quitting CarX because chill drifting online is impossible. This situation needs to be addressed by CarX Technologies.

It is just sad that people are ruining games like CarX. I streamed CarX for 1 year on twitch but 2 weeks ago the hackers came in my stream and ruined my game. I literally streamed every day for over a year and now i didn’t stream CarX for 1 and a half week now it is BeamNG and Fortnite. I still play CarX but only in private use.

I hope you guys get the support you need, but in my experience with devs like CarX Tech, I've noticed they only care about the short term gains. Sadly this means they will probably do nothing until the moment it actually does effect their sales numbers.

Hope the developers do something about it. Back in my Metal Gear Online days, hackers ruined everyone's games. Some of them hackers even boasted about their hacks as legit skillz.

People who ruins other people's gaming sessions are the biggest losers. Instead of them actually spending their precious time doing productive things, they've decided to waste their time by ruin someone's gaming session just for their "entertainment". Really pathetic.

Glad to see this Goosiet!! ive been sayin over and over on my live streams about people who grief or even yet do racial stuff. its exhausting and had me stream car x less and less. I hope Devs see this and put it into action to do something about it. Carx is such a great game. Sad that people out there ruin it. Lets keep Voicing out!!

You're bringing up some great points here. I personally have never heard of CarX and not sure if I even want to try it after seeing this. But from what I've seen BeamNG seems to be rising rapidly in popularity and the added feature of the whole wreck mechanic, BeamNG might eclipse this game if it hasn't already. I hope for people that play and enjoy this game, that the developers watch this video and at least try to do something about this. Just watching this video with all the flashing and glitching was making me mentally exhausted lol.

Sending the server password to clients is something that shouldn't ever happen. By the looks of it, the client is responsible for password checking. The solution would be to make the client generate hash based on password used when trying to join password protected server. The client would have to send the generated hash to server. After that, the server would have to verify the received hash against the hash of the server access password set by its owner.

ive refrained from playing carx as well, since some of the consistent server rooms are being constantly barraged by similar types of hackers and its ruined the experience.

I totally agree for what Goose said in this video. But the sad part is that CarX has so much potential on their console and pc game but they choose to spend their money on the mobile games. 😞
