FRUCTOSE – found in many fruits (e.g. apple, pear, mango, watermelon), some veggies (e.g. asparagus) high fructose corn syrup and honey

FRUCTANS – found in different foods such as asparagus, garlic, onion, beetroot, wheat, barley, rye,

GALACTO-OLIGOSACCHARIDES – mainly found in beans

POLYOLS – often found in artificial sweeteners

I don't have IBS but I am definitely sensitive to gluten. I didn't have a problem when I was younger but notice it now. Thank you for this information.

Great video and tips! Low FODMAPS are great in the short-term to test which ones you're sensitive to, but it's highly restrictive in the long-term and hard to sustain. It's great for people to work with an expert like you especially with something as hard to navigate like IBS. Great work!
