UB45, the new album from UB40 has been officially announced for release on 19 April 2024. We sat down with the band, in Birmingham's iconic Loki Wines, and talked new music, vibes and more - first in a series, celebrating 45 years of UB40.

UB40's music has a special place in my heart as it always manages to uplift my mood and take me back to the sunny days spent on the beach in Punta Cana. Their songs are all about overcoming hardships and finding hope in difficult times. In addition, the band's activism and social commentary in their music has always been a source of inspiration for me. It's amazing how their music has been a soundtrack to so many lives for over 40 years. I´m just waiting for new emotions.🙃
