Challenge: Build a I2C writer, receiver and if you want more challenge, a transceiver. I love the idea of you using data lines to control an arena on the hermit craft server. (I2C is a two wire protocol used in communications between low level devices)

Mumbo is the best Redstone YouTuber because he makes his video as good as he can, if you see a normal redstone video it is awful the graphics are bad many mistakes.
