This makes me want to build an upside down world in Minecraft. Everything is there but it's upside down. You can even make the animals upside down by naming them Dinnerbone or Grumm.

You can summon shulker that already has some effects, needing just one command. The tag is called "ActiveEffects", but you need to know the id of the effect.
