The Difference Between the Sumerian Mummu Tiamat and Fire god Baal

The difference between the Sumerian Mu and Ba (i.e Mummu Tiamat and Ba'al.) Understanding the opposition is essential when attempting to understand the ancient Sumerian culture.

The ruling elite are responsible for the dark arts in Mesopotamia,
as is the case with many other cultures. The ancient Sumerians did not practice witchcraft, but the nobility did. The people were not allowed to write as it was considered divine; it was the priest-kings who published scripture. The Word was later passed down to the people via incantations and magic spells. It was the Asipu that aided them in doing so.

The prefixes mu- and ba- are in many ways diametrically opposed, counterparts of one another that represent events at the antipodes of the spectrum. But of course, it is not as simple as that.

The Sumerian culture was merged with demons at some point in time. This reformation entwined Witchcraft with Science and Religion, and maybe the prime instigator.

Funny thing though....there is that old nemesis of perception! EVERYTHING is deficient in duality!

Oral/auditory perception is individual. The story changes a bit each time another person repeats it. In the written word, regardless if its validity, it remains the same until it is destroyed and replaced by a new narrative. Neither form can be relied upon entirely except as a means for manipulation required to meet the blood lust of the gods (IT)....then there is TRUTH which stands alone at all times for everyone to see...but it remains invisible to all those who, still spellbound, refuse to make it REAL..
TRUTH must be REALized or remain hidden in plain sight forever. Like everything else in duality, realization of truth is a personal choice. And it has a price, again, the nature of this place. The price for realization of truth takes one out of "the game" . No longer a player, merely a spectator.

Language both oral and written are for the use of the deceiver, to keep truth hidden...there can be no game without active players.

Personally, I will take the fire of creation (the fire that burns within) over both the water and fire of destruction...the illusions/delusions of duality. 💜💜💜

150 years ago my family was mostly illiterate. Around 2000 I tried reading from that era 150 years ago Charles Darwin Origin of Species . The most beautifully written non political (so they said)
scientific propaganda ever! I literally had to give up . Why ? If you can read it, maybe you can tell me ?
Officers love letters from that era seem to be from a foreign language .
