12:54 I think the only difference between the characters is the difficulty since below the names there’s a bar labeled class & in Mario Kart higher class = harder difficulty. So based on that logic for example Mangle, which has the class bar full, might be harder to play as compared to Freddy which has a 2/3 full class bar and Foxy which has 1/3 full class bar.
