A quick and easy sheet pan dinner for delicious fajitas, easily customized to each persons taste! Cooked up in under 30 minutes on one sheet pan
4 bell peppers, 1 large onion, 4 chicken breast, slice everything and mix in 2 tbsp olive oil and seasonings:
1 teaspoon each:
Cumin
Paprika
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
OR just use a packet of taco seasoning
bake 350° for 30-35 minutes until chicken is cooked through , flip halfway through.
Serve with warm tortillas and toppings or over rice for rice bowls
