1 small tip of not to waste your paint : You can check how your bike skin will look like in Crater before paint them in Single player.

The chopper has 74 levels(or at least used to have). 3 of the skins comes from leveling up the chopper, so getting all of them is tough. Also, completing chopper is really easy now, my first account needed 3 months to finish the chopper, where now you can do it in 10-15 days. Gas tank didn’t exist in the game and people used to make clickbait videos about getting gas tank.
