As a gymnate the 2nd one hurt more since the 1st is more like a shock like it hurts a lot on the spot and a few minutes but after not to long it desepered ( still would not recommend to fall in any position 😭 )

It was years ago when I saw this, but a gymnast was doing flips and she had almost fallen off every flip she did, so I was really nervous. Good thing to be nervous, because on one of the last flips, she falls off and cuts her head on the metal beam

Gymnast here! While practicing both of these has happend I will say the first one hurts for a shorter amount of time yet is still very very painful but the second one hurts for weeks! Just my opinion though!
