There are some text fields in which parameters or commands are to be entered. These text boxes depend on human memory. It should have drop downs or text search suggestion. Relying only on human memory could lead to hard to debug typos, which is a usability problem.

This DialogFlow CX console looks suspiciously similar to the Google Actions one. Almost like the latter just a rebrand or fork of the former.
