Playing retail = playing gta 5 storymode with cheats on, fun at the start then 10 mins later you´re bored as fuck and quit... Classic WoW = Grind, but really fun because the goal is so rewarding you want to keep playing it and everything feels meaningfull and times more satisfying.

I'm genuinely interested to see how this turns out. I started at the beginning of BC, so I would like to replay the glory days of Vanilla. I've lost interest since MoP, so this could be a nice reboot. Now that my life is back together, I can dedicate some time to the grind. I hope they don't add any QoL into the game though... I just want traditional Vanilla without any additions. Maybe start at patch 1.1 then over a few months work up to 1.12. It would be cool to experience the Gates of Ahn'Qiraj since I have heard that was one of the more difficult, but rewarding events ever to hit WoW.

I can’t I was in beta and just started back...I was great after beta at max level and am so confused now 😂 beta and after beta is when pvp meant something! The pvp raid in orgrimmar when the server lagged out before beta ended was the best feeling I’ve ever had in a mmo

Although this is a huge step forward for Blizzard and WoW which I'm absolutely ecstatic about and while I realize how much time and energy will be needed for it, I do really hope they make other legacy servers for other expansions as well. I personally am interested in a WotLK or Cataclysm rollback experience. However, as I previously said, I am very happy that Blizzard is starting to listen :)
