Bro people really need to chill on judging things too early, we barely got any gameplay footage and a SINGULAR trailer. The games nowhere close to out yet and people are really judging the quality before we have any concrete answers on any questions we have

Cyberspace with spin dash and power boost is better than generation. Overall mechanics and platforming skill is far more satisfying in frontiers than generation. Generations great as a boost game but frontiers Cyberspace feels as if it take sonics mechanics to the next level were boost is just one aspect of his character and not his entire identity which just leaves so much more potential on the table overall vs generations.

I criticize what I don't like but I'm not THAT critical. Criticizing things is good, specially seeing how the Frontiers team was willing to listen to the fans, but assuming a game will be bad based on a 5 second video is kinda dumb imo, no offense. People said the same about Frontiers, and that is one of my top 5 3d games.

Realistically, Shadow Generations physics will be a tweaked version of Frontiers, worst case scenario they'll just port Frontiers physics and call it a day. Personally, Frontiers physics aren't the best but it isn't awful either, so as long the level design is good, it's not the end of the world for me, but yeah, they totally should tweak Frontiers physics.

Does Sonic community needs to screw off? They're not realizing the main point of creating these games. The whole point of creating these games is so that it's fun and half the time people are more thinking about all the problems about it. Then what can be fun about it which inevitably makes it even worse. The game is never actually. That bad forces is actually not a bad game at all, like quite like it and it's because I see the good in the games rather than everything that's wrong with it. The problem is that people are often thinking about the problems with certain things rather than looking at the good things at it. And that's also kind of what happened with Sonic 06

they hadnt mastered the high speed platforming when generations came out, they are really close with frontiers, but they also took there time with frontiers too.

I wish they would focus on more than just Shadow. I want some side stories and levels with other characters going through their past like Tails, Knuckles, Silver, etc. Also the gameplay kind of reminds me of Sonic Forces and they need Sonic Frontiers physics so that you can have more maneuverability in the game.

Silver needs his own game. The game could be about how the future slowly went to ruin because of Iblis' release. Then the ending of the game could him going to the future to fix things. The ending of Silver's game obviously leads into the beginning of Sonic 06. I understand alot of people hate 06 for various reasons... but I think most people can agree the general idea of the game and story writing was pretty good. I feel like if they made a solo game for Silver, and then came out with a revamped version of Sonic 06 (with of course all the bugs fixed out... and no Elise kissing Sonic's corpse at the end) they would make some serious bank... at the very least, I would play those games 😅

I do not use Twitter but people who are tired of Sega pushing out garbage aren't the problem, it's the people who enable them. Sega has only made one decent Sonic game in 20 years with Generations. I will never understand why they abandoned the Generations format/design/quality after it was praised by everyone (even people who aren't fans of the series).

Since its generations I wouldn’t expect Shadows levels to exceed the games release date of 2011 unless they plan on adding more levels in the main game.
Otherwise I would assume Shadows levels will come from SA2, Shadow The Hedgehog, Heroes, & Sonic 06.

All these games were not understood when they were released, now they are considered platinum game titles.

I’m a simple Sonic fan I’m glad we’re getting something this year besides the movie. I was really getting excited when I saw the trailer for this game because Generations was one of my favorite games when it came out but we are also getting a Shadow centered story and game with it which is something I’ve always wanted for a long time because Shadow is my favorite character in Sonic and fiction. But hearing and seeing all the negativity about this is just upsetting we only got five seconds of a teaser for Shadow’s sections and everyone treats it like it’s a world ending scenario which gets annoying, I’m just glad we’re getting a game this year even if it is a remaster but with added content that is better content than what Colors Ultimate had to offer.

i hope they bring back the sonic adventure 2 gadgets on the game as collectables that makes you stronger through the game instead of collecting red rings and buying the power ups like original gens, it would also allow the game to have a newgame+ feature without it being just a time trial endgame.
