Why Your Flash Is Freezing Motion Or Flash VS Continuous Light

After a short discussion in the chat room during a Bambi Cantrell workshop I decided to make this video. A quarter of a second is a quarter of a second, sure. But it can be important to know what is happening withing this time span. This is by the way also true for all the other shutter speeds :-)
