Had these shocks on a lifted F-150 over a 2 year period. Over that period I ran probably 35 trails all over Colorado and moab. Excellent shock for the money no leaks but the ride got a bit harsh on the pavement on bumps and potholes. I just got another pair and will we hit the trails next month. Outstanding shock and value !!

These are very underrated shocks, they noticeably increase ride quality on road and it’s an affordable way to get lifted, but if you wanna get more serious into off roading, these will do it for light trails and obstacles but lean more towards bilstein 51 or 61 but a seriously great option if you’re getting into off roading or looking to lift

I had the N2.0 on my Jeep for about 2 years. They did very well off-road and I was fine with the highway ride. However, I did over articulate in Pennsylvania at a trip to Rausch Creek and popped the driver side front shock. Noticed some hydraulic oil flowing from the boot. Rough country made good on the shock and in fact provided me with both front free of charge and then offered an upgrade to the N3 by just paying the cost difference from the 2.0. I am very happy with the N3 shocks dampening qualities on the highway and off-road they can take a beating. I have been rock crawling with them also. Was very happy with the customer service and will be rough country 4 Life.

Mine started leaking oil after 5 months after install. Haven't even taken the truck off road yet.

Idk if I just got a bad batch or if I worn out my N3 that quickly from all the hard off-roading I did in my FJ. But my N3 only lasted me little under a year probably about 9-1/2 months and they went out. So Im giving the RC- V2 shocks a try hopefully they perform and last a lot longer than the N3.

So they are not adjustable? You know to change for a more tight or more loose ride for different purposes?

I just received N3 Rough Country shocks for the rear should the canister be on the bottom with the shaft pointing up or the other way shaft pointing down?

I have ordered a 7" RC life kit for my 2020 2500HD Silverado with the N3 RC shocks and will be running 37/12.5 Ridge Grapplers. On a scale from 1-10 how will the ride quality be on the highway driving?

Hello RC. I have a ‘10 Jeep JK that has your 3.25” lift. I’m happy with your product but the older model shocks are done and I need to upgrade to your N3 shocks. Only problem is for the rear shocks all I’m seeing on your site is for lifts up to 3” and 3.5-5”. I’m stumped. Hope you have time to clarify for me. Thanks a lot.
