I have this phobia I'm terrified off the ocean when I was with my dad we walked al the way till it was up to my neck I was so terrified I haven't been to the ocean since I'll just stay by the shore

I have thallasophobia it’s hard because people assume we are scared of sharks or being eaten but seriously it’s scare when your in our shoes I did parasailing once and what I saw VS what my friends saw was crazy it was an experience alright just a really scary one but when people make fun of you there is this little part of you that pushes you to do it to prove to everyone the your not scared don’t do anything that you don’t want to don’t push or change yourself to prove your point you have your reasons you don’t need to explain them 🌊 🌌🪂🌚
