Obviously, if you work out or sweat in the summer heat or work in a greasy garage or whatever, you need to get cleaned up.
But yeah, if you're just sitting in a cubicle or sitting in a classroom or something, you're not really getting all that dirty.
It's perfectly fine to skip a day in the shower, just don't be skipping too many days >.> Best to stick to every other day.

I'm sorry, but I just can't do that. The moment that you step outside, you are hit with all of the stuff in the air that pollutes it and sits on our skin as well as pollen. Now, I do agree with the hair washing statement for those with curly hair.

Rule of thumb is shower when you stink. Then shower a day before that happens. So you never stink.

I have thick curly hair. I wash my hair no more than twice a week. Usually once. I live in a dry climate as well. I’m 59 and my hair doesn’t have any gray and my skin looks great. Oh, I work outside as well so sunscreen is always on. So important.
