The music video was created by Xander Ferreira and Ebrahim Hajee as they traveled through South Africa whilst shooting a documentary series, titled With Purpose, which Xander produced and directed during the pandemic of 2020. Their aim was to capture portraits and landscapes of the country and freeze them in a time capsule that would portray this unprecedented moment in time. Ordinary moments that would only become more beautiful with time. A cultural quilt of sorts that would share framed perspectives that any South African could identify with no matter their background. A visual portrait that becomes relatable with each one's own culture and a larger communal South African identity to support unity and interdependence in this mosaic of vignettes celebrating the country's beautiful diversity.
