Always love the videos ladies. I've now got the the canvas workspace as well. I thought I knew it back to front but after watching your video I just realised I no longer need the brother true type font converter. I only started using it a month ago but to be able to access all the fonts and not have to access the true type font converter omg what a time saver and blessing to my sanity. I access forums and on one they stated that the previous scan n cut page where the projects are can still be accessed and used. I found I could go back and the projects by brother are still being put there for now. I did find that my old scan n cut page I can no longer access the functions though as the working screen has enlarged itself so much it covers the controls up the top. It did seem to have a few bugs though the previous version I thought as well.

Love your video, again very easy to understand. I also agree that having to work in two versions is confusing.

I like the look of it too it’s so much better, hope they hurry up with the Mac version. Also the online cloud based version needs bringing into line with the downloadable version as I know people will find it confusing working in two different looking programmes.

I just recently got this machine and I'm having a very hard time with it I found a wedding photo prop on brother canvas workspace but I don't know how to get it to cut out. Is there a way that you could do a step-by-step from the beginning? Thanks

I'm not understanding the network connectivity of this software. If my PC and my CM350 (wifi enabled) are on the same network, why is it uploading to the cloud and downloading to the CM350. Shouldn't I be able to use this software without internet connectivity? Is the only way I can get it directly from my PC by connecting physically with a USB connection? No wifi connection?
