Tried this recipe from just noting down the ingredients and quantities cause I've done scones before so I'm pretty familiar with with the process. To my surprise the dough came out sticky that I couldn't knee it till I had to add flour in small portions amounting to another cup.
So I rewatched the video I had her say THE AMOUNT OF WET INGREDIENTS YOU POUR WILL DEPEND ON THE I knew I should not have tried this recipe.

No rolling pin... yes... at last a sensible cook!!👍 I learnt by sheer laziness today, I don't need a rolling pin for scones!😅 And I've just been watching a few videos going into lengthy detail of leaving the dough to rest (twice, as if it's bread!) then strict instructions on how to use your rolling pin... enough to put me off watching You tube recipes for life!! 😫 Then I found your very sensible recipe... you brightened my evening Zola! xx I've been meaning to try vanilla in scones... I'll give it a go next time!
