Many of these accidents could be avoided if the drivers who are paying attention to the road would simply give way to those that aren't. Is it worth the hassle / fuss dealing with insurance and repair shop to prove the point that you had the right of way? I have better things to do with my time rather than deal with the many idiots that exist with us in our world.

edit: the white suv didnt cause a crash, the black suv just sucks at driving. he realized his fault after he was maybe 3 inches into the other guys lane and went back
