After many years in the industry, Carl Levien decided it was time to go out on his own. The day came, April 1, 1990, when Carl and Beth Levien officially opened Carl’s Mower & Saw. With a clear goal to provide a higher level of service to Whatcom County, they opened their doors and started building a loyal following of customers. They discovered customers were refreshed by the quality of service available to them. Over the past 30 years we have continued to refine our services and provide the top equipment in the industry.

I had to replace my KM130’s carb this year, first repair in 13 years. I put between 75 and 100 hours on it per year. I wish it had an hour meter…

Kids these days don’t know how lucky they are. When I got my FS130 ten years ago I never got safety glasses with it.

Thank you for the post. Really looking at getting one of these. I have question when you look at the string trimmer attachment Stihl didn’t put a grease plug on the head but if you look at any of the pro level Stihl string trimmers they all have grease plugs on the heads. Just wondering why. I know if the head ever goes bad I can just replace the trimmer attachment not the whole thing. Also I have seen a lot of issues with the white plastic insert on the inside of the shaft getting worn down needing my replaced in other videos. I’m really considering getting one of these since I need a new straight shaft edger anyway. As far as the weight is concerned I’m going to add a Darwin’s grip on it. It’s a real back saver thanks again love the channel.

My local gardener did a quick trim job on some tall Italian Cypress bushes. He ran out of gas I lubed the blade and tossed the 93 octane 50:1 mix in there and he was off to the races. 🍹 🎉 🐴

I have one with the cylinder scratched, I maybe the piston is also bad, is it hard to fix it and is it worth it?
Where can I buy the parts if so?

Only use E-0 fuel. Ethanol is terrible stuff.
