I love the idea of team sky acting evil but actually being really sweet and cool Bc their goal is harmless and even beneficial. Expanding the sky sounds a lot like fixing the atmosphere and cleaning the air.

I'm picturing the Team Sky leader in-game as some wild fanatic delivering every line with the same emphasis as Mikey, and everyone just kind of watches him from a distance like "Should. Should we tell him there's literally no way to 'expand the sky' like he's-" "No, no, let him keep going. Let him dream."
