Hi, I got banned because I lied about my age so I’m gonna try delete the account and put my real age because apparently my age is allowed but can we find another way to delete it even if you are banned?

But how do you delete the account if you can't log in? My son messed up his age to get an older game (didn't tell me) and has been blocked after having his quest 2 for a week. It won't let me create a new account as says his email already registered and it won't let us log in to put his correct DOB because it is only showing the option of uploading ID which we don't have or don't want to do because he is 10 or it says to send a link to parent to support an under 12 yr old account but the link just will not work. Says error 404 over and over. He can't delete his account either as won't let us log in to do it! Just stuck with an unusable item 😢
