For me, miracle is an understatement for the Strong version. I don't know what Aussie puts in it, but when I tell you that my tangles melted away, believe me.. I was able to run my fingers through my hair b4 detangling with my wide tooth comb. AND I did not have any hair shed. Only 5 strands of hair was on my comb. Strong out slips the regular conditioner and Moist. The absolute best Aussie version I've used. Forgetaboutit!

loved the 3min miracle moist conditioner recommended by you! I Use it for the first time last week and it left my hair so soft and moisturized. I have to go back and buy more!

The "Strong" is not referring to the 10X thing--it is a line made for LONG hair meaning it make your HAIR stronger, not that it is any stronger. I prefer the MOIST (which just happens to be 3X-which is how much more hydrating it is than nothing I guess.) The Smooth one is a LIGHT conditioner. Aussie is very confusing in the name descriptions. These are not all the same conditioner and they would not all work for one persons hair--you would have to find the formula made for your type of hair. I did not buy Aussie for years because I could not figure out what the heck they were all talking about and did not know which one to use.

I'm the same way!! I always keep my deep conditioner in for at least 40 minutes. I've never gone as long as 2 days though lol.

Is this better than the Aussie Total Miracle Collection 7N1 Conditioner? A lot of people that dye and bleach their hair love Aussie products. I personally loved the 3 Minute one but after a while I didn't really feel a difference to it than the salon effective conditioner.I think it's great at first if your hair is really damaged. The 10x stonger is twice as much, thanks for saving me the money.
My hair is bleached, damaged, dried, and definitely needs moisture and shine.

I've tired the 3 minute miracle strong and hated it did nothing for me, not even going to play myself and try the others.
