On my 55LS03B with HW-Q700B I had to also change the HDMI-eARC-mode to Auto (expert settings), by default this was set to disabled.
This greatly improved the quality, before I had a lot of issues with sound synchronization, I had an echo which was really annoying.

Thanks for the video. I have a Samsung Q80A QLED TV with a Samsung Q70T soundbar. TV speaker sound is fine and soundbar sound is great. But when I set up QSymphony and set it to the TV and soundbar option, all I'm getting is sound from the soundbar. No sound is coming out of the TV speakers. This is despite the TV showing "TV and Q70T soundbar eArc" scrolling on the left side of my TV (next to the volume numbers) when I raise the volume.

I am connected via HDMI port 3 on the back of the TV which is the eArc one and that HDMI cable is plugged into the HDMI eArc port on the soundbar.

It seems the connections are correct and the HDMI cable is fine because I do get sound from the soundbar fine. Just no QSymphony sound from the soundbar AND the TV at the same time. Any thoughts?

Hey! I really need your help. Ich have the Samsung QN92AA and the soundbar Q900T. Q symphony worked fine for a couple month but today i noticed that i can only choose TV or soundbar in the Audio Options without changing anything. Why is that and How can i get it back?
