Just learn slidecasting in general. It's even applicable to some melee jobs that have to cast frozen sword or whatever, at least until that becomes an instant skill. The slidecasting window opens about 1/2 second before the end of the cast.

Another way to indicate is by moving when the cast timer goes to 00.40, thats guarantee the cast will not interupted

I'd say slide casting is essential for high level plays for any and all jobs with abilities and spells that have a cast time and not just healers. I love seeing Black Mages slide cast out of an AOE. Depending on your pings, start the cast bar and you can move and reposition when the bar is past the 75% mark. Before that is often too soon.

A tip I use is have an emote on one of your side bars / out of the way, when it lights up that you can use it you are able to move without breaking the cast

Sage moves so well naturally due to how the animations work for it using Holos into Kerachole works very well, as the upward animation of Holos can cancel into the hero landing stance portion of Kerachole. It can lock you for a 1/4 second though if you mistime it. (You can break the lock with Phlegma)
and how some spells cancel into eachother, that slide casting feels so natural in that in particular. Scholar is another really good one too. Due to how Broil works and the use of Selene/Eos; the bulk of your movements are hand motions that are fairly easy to cancel into something else. (Barring Art of War which is an animation lock). AST can feel a little odd though due to the nature of the windup on Malefic/Gravity and the ridiculously short cast time, that makes them feel like BLM inverted. They have a lot of animation locking (Earthly Star I’m looking at you), because they’re very fast paced with card system.

Put an entire macro on your hot bar, it will turn dull at the begging of the cast and once it lights back up you can slide cast, makes it way easier
