this is SO delicious. Wow! My favorite recipe. Didn't have black vinegar so used white wine vinegar. Used Korean chilli flakes instead of fresh red chilli. Still so delicious!

That is just a Korean sauce called yang nyum ganjang. korean don't pour boiling oil, though. Korean use water to dilute it.
