How lab-grown food will change our world

What does the future of our food look like? Many start-ups around the world are working on producing fish, meat and meat substitutes in the laboratory. In view of a constantly growing world population, this seems almost inevitable. Yet research has already made astonishing progress. We visited two start-ups in Hamburg in northern Germany, where the dishes of tomorrow are already on our plates today.

don;t complain that cuts of meats and fish you eat are cheap compare to what rich people eats. Enjoy eating natural meats now because in the future these so called cheap cuts of dry beef or low cost fish will be what the rich eats and the lab grown meats will be what the non rich people eats.

The biggest problem with lab-grown food is how incredibly expensive it is. Producing it consumes a lot of energy, as is true for all indoor-grown products
