tips if you're using it directly : rub in circular motion maximum 5 seconds each part(cheeks, cupid bow and chin, nose, forehead)dont rub it on the same place for long...use toner afterwards
if you have pimple, scar..etc : wrap it in a tissue/cotton clothe then keep it on thr spot for 10 secs then wait 10 secs then put it again on there for 10 seconds amd thats it!!
i have tried these and it worked perfectly its optional if u wanna use toner afterwards(u can use rose water too)so the skin can absorb the moisture and make ur skin healthy and clear
Edit: iam sorry but you should use the toner before using the ice on your face that way it can absorb into the skin giving you more benefits using ice..hope it helps💗
