Hi Randy thanks for another super video. I have a suggestion. My project is based on multiple flexible workplaces I would like to be able to stamp from the mobile or tablet if you are in the right address. That means than you can’t stamp in or out if you aren’t in the right place. The best thing is if you could put some kit off dynamic radius around the workplace because some are small apartments others are bigger buildings or even construction sites. Therefore, you must be able to adjust the radius relative to the address. Tanks for my new knowledge I love it!!

Best time clock history feature I’ve seen. I’m trying to visualize your separate table recommended in one of the post you responded to. Is there a way to add the multiple breaks ie am break, lunch break, and pm breaks clock in and out in the admin section instead of having a different table. Also is there a way to record and notify employee time in minutes past their scheduled breaks? I would also love to see a way to send a reminder email/notification that employee did not clock in from breaks or lunch. Interested in getting a report to count number of times employee went over scheduled am, pm, and lunch breaks within the day, week, and month of pay period. I’ve shared this YouTube with my friends who have been looking for something like this. Thank you for sharing all your knowledge

I am interested in using this workbook to manage volunteers. We have volunteers at multiple locations. You mention in the video to have one dedicated machine with the time clock. Is there a way to use the one workbook at multiple sites or would we need to have multiple files of the same workbook for each site? Also, we have volunteers who work on different activities and we want to track by activity. Is there a place you would suggest adding this feature? Do you do any customization to this workbook for an added cost?

Thank you for all of the great training you provide. I am looking for an Analog Clock (hour, minute, second hands) look for an excel sheet I'm trying to put together. Would you happen to have done something like this in the past that I can watch or pick up a few tips from? If not, could you point me in a direction? Thanks again.

Thank you so much the videos you make, I never thought that you could do that with excel and VBA.

I have noticed that we hide and show lots of shapes upon selection change.. why not adding the shapes to hide or show within and array e.g. sheet1.Shapes.Range(Array("shapename1", "shapename2") that would speed up the macro.

About autotab macro, why not linking GetTabOrder to change event in range(B2) in this series, when we change sections; and then use select case; wouldn't that be much faster?

And I'm just a learner, and I learned so much from You. Thank you.

Hello, I love your training videos. Just discovered them. They are very helpful. How can I redo this employee attendance clock to just automatically record staff time in and out only (with the break option) for a 24hr business?

I want it to capture employees in/out time as they work a 4 shifts system- 6:am to 2:pm, 2::pm to 10:pm, 10:pm to 6:am and 8:am to 4:pm. I would appreciate your advice. Thank you!

I know this is an old presentation but I just started viewing the series. On time clocks, how does this handle double shifts such as 2 8 hrs back to back. The time limit may need to be a multiplier on the standard 12 hour. Also suppose there is a situation of two separated shifts starting on same day so these are not extended shifts or double shifts since not continguous. I assume the code as is handles shifts ending on a day that is later than the start day because you are using a time difference and that looks like it works.

Hello!
I was wondering, if I created the basics for my own time clock (for use with volunteers), could I use & the your code from the worksheet you've provided?

Would you be okay with that?

Thanks in advance! 😁

Another Great video. I have one quick question. With the focus on J13 for the time clock. Can we run the time clock and be able to have Multiple users for the office to use it for scheduling? I was thinking of setting up the clock in a second workbook to synchronize times through a link to this workbook to avoid conflicts. Unless you know of another way. Thanks again.
