And as we start walking and talking though, we start displaying our own unique personalities. Our personalities only grow over time and we develop a sense of independence.

Surprisingly, most women don't seem to mind if they're usually almost always the one who calls. I just let them come to me and I reach out more if they reach out often. That seems to give them the mix they need and like and I don't have to be bothered with figuring it out. It's more or less just a natural dance.

Trusting that a guy will always be there is basically keeping him waiting on her, and a form of control. The cat comparison is really amusing, as my cats are great, and two of them in particular have bonded to me. They are really quite easy to get along with. Cats are easy to get along with when they love you, when women love you or even like you they aren't, and women are domesticated.

have to respectfully disagree with space. If she asks for space and its more than a few days outside of something significant happening to her. She is doubting the relationship. Be honest and direct stating I understand you need space. However, my needs are valid as well reach out when you think you are ready and if I am still available we can reconsider this relationship. This isn't playing games its called being open and honest when communicating. Everyone deserves someone who is crazy to be with them and that includes you! I am not saying jump ship necessarily but you need to set the ground rules and not give up any power don't be an option be the only choice in her mind.

Great to hear your perspective on space. Can u go deeper into this topic. (Ie how to recognize this, how to treat it, how long does this behavior last in a healthy relationship...a what point do we as men just say "enough...I'm out"). I'm fine with space and in fact need my own .. but also have struggled and perhaps have cut things off too soon in the past.
