Soon I will be marketing BETX as an energy drink, hope you all will be supporting it. The only point this "film" made was when it questioned the Saunter's. After simple research and without the need to file a Freedom of Information Act request I watched the ENTIRE meeting the EPA had with the Saunters. The EPA PR official admitted that wells were affected by Cabot. Furthermore why would the state of PA need a settlement with Cabot over methane if it was just naturally occurring in the well?

"We couldnt go to any establishment funding at all" is not quite true. The film lists one Myron Ebell as an Executive Producer. Myron Ebell is a Fellow of the Competitive enterprise Institute as well as a number of other astroturf and lobbying outfits for the fossil fuel industry.

The "film" doesn't mention that now does it? Nor does Truthland mention that the DEP issued citations for violations on the wells located on Shelly Depue's own property. Opps I guess while Shelly was busy teaching her children to tell the truth she forgot to do it herself.
