Use Excel Conditional Formatting to Highlight Rows for the Current Month

Create a conditional formatting rule that uses AND, MONTH, and YEAR functions to highlight rows if they correspond with the current month and year, using the TODAY() function.

I was so confused as to why my formula didn't work. Turnes out first of all, I had to translate the words to my language, and second of all, the colon (, ) had to be a semicolon ( ; ) because of my language settings! Just a comment to anyone else having this problem :)

You should know, that my excel won't let me edit my rule other than from the ending of the sentence. I had to delete everything to add "and" in the beginning.

Ralph, I am using this formula : =AND($E15>TODAY(), $E15>=(TODAY()>30))

What I am trying to do is to highlight all dates in the future longer than one month. I dave tried to just use days greater than 30 at the end but just can't seem to get this to work or if it is conflicting with other formulas as I also have a conditional format for last month and this month.

Would appreciate if you could advise what I am doing wrong ..

Is there a way to select a range of cells, rather than just 1 cell? I've tried $A2:$D2 but it doesn't work. :(
