I'm an Army Veteran, Ieft in 84. I went through Guards Depot Pirbright in 78 and did the Commandants March & Shoot that all Foot Guards and Horse Guards had to do. I've seen your videos of lads running up the same hills we did. The March & Shoot was wearing full 58 pattern webbing, fighting order (35lb), carrying an SLR or GPMG. Full kit inspection, 4 mile run including the Three Sister Hills, then onto the Pirbright assault course and short tab to the ranges to fire at targets, 100, 200, 300m with iron sights! I'm now 63 and I'm a member of Forces Community Fitness with Veteran PTI's. Full military fitness and they run a Combat PT session on Saturdays with a variety of weighted kit. I skip that these days! 😂

Can’t help noticing the beard. Im back next week and I’ve a full beard. What’s the script gents nobody is telling me presumably because they know I’ve grown a beard and don’t want me having it as I’m coming back as instructor
