The perfect timing of it is, if the government recognizes the Divine Government whose title of "Maharlika" and fund they wish to obtain comes from.

Malinaw at madaling intindihin paliwanag ni Sec. Diokno, problema lang talaga ay ang mga narrow minded people na kontra gobyerno at lalo na yung galit sa Marcos...Si Sec. Diokno na mismo nagpapaliwanag na kun tutuusin sya ang dapat nating paniwalaan in terms of finances and economics, hindi yung mga feeling magagaling sa ganyang usapin..

Dapat ipaliwanag in simple term and in Pilipino kung paano ang sistema ng Maharlika fund at kung paano magbebenifit ang mahihirap at ano ang risk.

FYI: The projects were already programmed long time ago at may pondo na diyan kaya nga every administration longs to claim its theirs. BUT actually these are Direct Impact Projects- as humanitarian ones meaning para sa tao talaga yan ngunit ang pondo pinapakialaman ng politiko.

If we had a surplus and they invested that then no issue right because if it fails then the regular pinoy will not be affected. Maybe there is no perfect time but there certainly is a better time then now when we actually have the means. Why rush this.. it's almost like their is an alterior motive.

I think with GSIS and SSS no longer part of the fund, this has now become more acceptable. Diokno has an aggressive mindset for the economy coz we've been too conservative and lenient for decades, not to mention corruption, that we failed to keep up with our neighbors. But I would still like to see 88m to put into the fund their family's ill-gotten wealth and unpaid taxes. That seed fund is more than enough to compensate for the pension funds

Proponents ng "Maharlika Fund" - trust us walang anomalyang mangyayari"! Diokno: "kaya naman natin ito, we are a rich country". Sino ang out of touch? Diokno (again): sa tanong marami na tayong utang - hindi "kaya naman natin ito" our GDP is still growing, "we need ti keep investing" blah blah blah nung pinupujol na ng mahirap sagutin na tanong, eg governance, transparency, accountancy, "excuse me i have to go". Hanggang ganyan lang angg tulad ni Diokno, kung may masisikwat, pag-nagkakalabuanb na, iwas na siya, kasi busog n siya!
